A true "anti-war" movie - Malick's meditation on man amidst the Pacific conflict in WW" is mesmerising stuff. John Toll's cinematography and Hans Zimmer's haunting score are first rate.
Another gem from Terence Malick. Beautifully shot (with some remarkable use of natural light) by Emmanuel Lubezki this is a deeply moving take on the Pochahontas story. James Horner's score complements things perfectly.
