i first watched it when i was about 8 and i love it already!! watch it again now and i just couldn't help to crazy about the story, and i really like the idea of Coppola using all the layering shots as crossing scenes! and the gothic of colour! seriously that is not horror movie at all! such a romantic touching movie! and i love Gary Oldman ever since this movie!!

my favourite for all the time! story is simple really but combines it with all those songs, setting, the colours and the costume, this is just amazingly great!! Baz Luhrman's playing with visual, imagination in it. postmodernity of remixing the classic songs. everything is just great in that!!

Baz Luhrman is really creative to use such visionary shooting way, slow motion, 360 degree, sounds effect brings two scenes together. traditional english lines in modern background, make it kind of surreal. making this nice story even better!!

amazing idea of animation musical! clearly showing different by colour tone. the songs like the new poem. nice design on characters. and my god, Jack is so lovely and cool, isn't it?! haha

good movie! it's about ideas, thinking. nice shooting, i like those early black and white, experiment picture, i dunno about any of Miller or Pearce but i think they are both great in it. Christensen's Dylan part is nice as well, the voice wows me. haha. images are good in it, nice story. realistic sad story. i enjoy it really.

Perfume: The Story of a Murderer
the colour in the movie is one big issue!! base on many earth colour tone, but using bright colour on focus character and objects, the contrast make the images so strong and focus point really jumps up to eyes. really visually made.

Before Sunset (2004,  R)
Before Sunset
watch it again after watched the first one, feel the director really keep his quality of shooting well. the long-term shot go even longer this time. with no background music in it, makes u really concentrate on the conversation. imagine what a hard ward it must be for ethan and julie to remember such many line but they still acting well and natural. the ending, always makes you to image, think, i really like the collection of "before..."

what u can see great acting in it, i love there's always close up shooting on jodie and hopkins, u can really see how they get into the characters. intelligent thriller! love it. one of the best of always.

i just love it, seriously!! isn't so amazing to use such romantic music that mostly use in love movie in a horror movie? sounds like worshiping Hannibal!! and i just think Anthony Hopkins born to be there character!! love his and Julianne's acting!! and the brain eating scene is really cool!! how come the writer come up with such idea?! it's a WOW!!

soundtrack, the images, both very beautiful. dramatic, fantasy movie, love the multi-fragments scenes with different angles, time points, close up etc. it is just one good movie!
