The Phantom of the Opera (2004, PG-13)
My favorite movie. A beautiful love story as well as the sexiest Phantom ever! Wonderful vocals by the cast, and just a beautifully done movie. I've never seen the stage musical, but this was just a lovely movie in it's self. |

Enchanted (2007, PG)
Just added this to our DVD library. What a beautifully refreshing movie. I loved it, and can't see it enough. What an interesting story line regarding true love. Without spoiling it for those who have not seen it yet, there is the most beautiful and romantic dance scene I have ever seen in any movie since I enjoyed my first film so many years ago. Amy Adams is a beautiful and very talented actress. Patrik Dempsey, oh so handsome. James Marsden played the fantasy prince Edward very well. Susan Surandon was awesome as the evil queen. Again, go and see it to have some moments of real emotion and joy. |
