Bowfinger
PG-13
Somewhat desperate for laughs but there were a few gems that had me chuckling away.
Murphy is doing his double act thing here and he does it well.
Some great characters and a humorous plot make this an easy watch. Then of course theres Heather G who seems to be typecast into the sex-mad girl, which I don't mind at all, she's great!
Secret Window
PG-13
Johhny Depp has a passion for these "odd" stories. This one has a very strange twist and I found it to be well written and well acted.
Miss Congeniality 2 - Armed and Fabulous
PG-13
This is a similar kinda story as Beverly Hills Cop where the smart cop gets run out of town by dumb local cops but stays to save the day anyway.
It's quite watchable.
The Medallion
PG-13
I'm a Chan Fan but Forlani is still my main reason for watching this. It's not a bad story and Chan performs his usual magic as he jumps and kicks his way through the flic.
Evans is a little OTT for my liking but you get used to him by the end.
I liked it.
Date Movie
PG-13
I only saw this last week and I am already struggling to remember it.
As I watched it I recognised all the spoofed flics and characters within and of course the sexy girls were nicely sexy but the humour a bit too close to the bone for me -I would have slammed the lid on the cat and flushed it for sure.

I liked this. A great story and although it wasn't very smooth in the telling it had some great ideas and played out nicely for my sense of humour.
Good stuff.

Croupier

Very slick movie. Deep and meaningful look at the underbelly of folk. Very cool from the time before Daniel was 007.

This flick is full of belly laughs. This period of english cinema came up with some truely great films and this one is right up there. I put this in my must own category.

Mad Max

Low budget Australian classic. Good on you Mel. Nice job!! Cool cops and hardass losers.

Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior

Improved on MM1 with more money in the production. Still a great story of man and car. The 3rd installment (with Tine Taurner and a bunch of kids) too american for my liking.

Midnight Cowboy

Classic stuff! Didn't all young men want to rush off to the city and become man-whores? This is no humourous Bigalow story!!
6.
The Warriors

A classic flick from my teen years. Dig those 80's gangsters garb!! I'm sorry to see it's been made into a computer game but I guess that shows how good an idea it was. I'm looking for my own copy.
