This is my number one favorite movie. Based on a play, it translated into a 6 hour movie (broken into 2 DVD's with 3 parts each). I can watch this movie at any time, and have seen it enough times to follow along seamlessly when I have to leave the room. Any time you have a day to kill, stop on by and we can watch this movie together. It has a little of something for everyone including: an in depth political/philisophical look at 1985, Mormons, Jews, Gays, Pill-Popping Halucinators, coping with AIDS and lots more. There is some absolutely amazing acting done by Al Pacino, Meryl Streep and Emma Thompson with multiple characters being played by each.

I just want to make my house look like her's - great movie to watch on a lazy afternoon while dreaming of an Italian romance. And Sandra Oh as a big-ol lez makes it that much better.
