the beginning of the film was rather longwinded yet enchanting and it got better as the tension mounted. an outstanding cinematography on a lavish $20 million production price tag!

beautiful! an honest and sensitive approach to the pain/loss of death in different families. the scenes/close-ups and emotive music lend an air of calm and dignity to an otherwise mobid and taboo subject.
