This is definitely the best movie I've ever seen, and I find it a bit odd 'cause I usually can't stand any kind of love stories. I have to say it made me a bit depressed 'cause there was no happy ending, but then again - I don't think this would have been such a great movie without the sad ending. One of those very few movies that has actually made me cry, and BBM made me also think about life.

I'm not the biggest fan of musicals, but when I heard about The Rocky Horror Picture Show I wanted to see it, because it seemed to be the kind of musical I might like. But I was wrong. I didn't like it. I loved it. It's one of the most unique movies I've ever seen. Tim Curry's character's, Dr. Frank-N-Furter's first appearence is in my opinion the greatest first appearance of any movie character in every movie ever made. He throws away his cape, and there he is, wearing fishnets and a corset, singing "I'm just a sweet transvestite from Transsexual Transylvania." I do understand why there are people who hate this movie. It's so weird, crazy, and not that serious. But all that insanity appeals to me, and that's why I've seen this movie four times already, even though I've only owned the DVD for two months. Maybe I'm just insane myself, but if I am it must be because I've done the time warp too many times. One of my favourite movies, and definitely my favourite musical.
