The Ugly Truth

I liked it! It made me laugh out loud which is a good thing to do in a crowded theater. Also made me wish I felt all gaga over someone or better yet that someone felt all gaga over me! Grrrr men....can't live without them, can't _____ them, you fill in the blank.
Watch it if you're a sucker for Katherine Heigl like I am.

Moon

Though this story could have been told in less time, it's a good story and good soundtrack. Special effects are nothing fancy, but it's all quite realistic. Except for the scene with the earth in the background where they use the same photo I've seen in a thousand places. Am I the only person who recognizes it? Sam is great, and Kevin makes a perfect computer voice.

Vicky Cristina Barcelona

Good Woody Allen movie. You wouldn't really know it was his when it first starts because he isn't in it. You can totally tell that it is his when they start talking.
I enjoyed this movie except I thought the voice-over was weird. I mean who was it? I wonder if it would have better if it was one of them, but then how would they know everything...
I heard a lot of great reviews before I saw this and I was already wanting to see it when it first came out, but I must admit when it ended, we both said "that's it?"
I liked Javier Bardem's slow way of talking combined with Penelope Cruz's quick spurts of spanish. I find I'm enjoying her more in spanish speaking roles.
Good movie to watch even if you aren't a Woody Allen fan.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop

Funny movie, had some real comical moments....

Plot: When a shopping mall is overtaken by a gang of organized crooks, it's up to the a mild-mannered security guard to save the day.

A Clockwork Orange

After having seen this coutless times on a regular television, I saw this for the first time in full aspect ratio in HD. It was like seeing it for the first time. For fans of this movie I can't reccomend enough you seek this out in HD.

Yes Man

OMG this movie is so funny..... my favorite scene is the fight scene ... I think Jim Carrey has got funnier with age!

Plot: Jim's back. This time, rather than relying on a supernatural contrivance like Bruce Almighty, Yes Man puts Carrey in the power of a modern-day deity: the self-help seminar. His curmudgeonly eyes are opened, and he can't help but say, "Yes!" to anything and everything.

Transporter 3

Another awesome movie with Jason... damn hes been working out too... lots of action as usual, some funny moments too.

Plot: This film will continue the story of Frank Martin, a professional "transporter" who has relocated to Paris to continue his low-key business of delivering packages without questions.

WALL-E

very original. Usually I wait at least 6 months to give out 5 stars but here it is. I loved so much about this movie. In particulr I liked the scenes with the inevetable bad buys. No problem here( not spoil ending) I was worked up to see this, had my sights set high, and I was not dissipointed.

Twilight

I really enjoyed this movie so much that I want to read the books in the series.... very easy to get caught up in the story line and even a few laughable moments.

Max Payne

It was decidedly PG-13 so it couldn't get anywhere near the darkness of the game. However, it's one of the least embarrassin game movies out there - but the forumers were right, Mila Kunis was grossly miscast. The bullet time element wasn't so good.
