A wonderful movie with a dark, comic plot and a cast of superb actors lead by Dennis Price and Alec Guiness. A delightfully light-hearted picture of Edwardian England and aristocratic values.

A dark but delightful movie featuring great characters and superb performances by Grant, McGann and Grittiths. The plot is light-hearted but pleasantly sentimental with an appropriate, haunting melancholic soundtrack. At times hilarious. Well worth seeing.
