Excellent graphics and special effects go together with a solid story line to make this a very exciting and riveting tale of the Earth's destruction and man's desperate struggle for survival, with an added moral conflict to make a great movie. This is one I highly recommend be seen in theaters for full effect.

One of many remakes, both animated and live action of the Charles Dickens story. It was nicely made, but to me the story seemed rushed and offered little to hold interest, unless you are a die hard fan of holiday movies and this story in particular.

Suspenseful, kept me guessing right up to the very end. Some very amazing shot of Danvers State Hospital. A pleasure just for the shots of this lost work of art. A well made movie

Excellent movie, full of emotion and nicely done. Nicholson did a great job of bringing his character to life, and keeping the viewer entertained. It was a well told story with a near heartbreaking end.
