Such a beautiful movie!! No wonder it's the most expensive movie in the history of cinema!! Everything was made perfectly and thoroughly, nothing was rushed, there aren't any flaws.... And it's not just the imagery, it's the storyline too!! There are lots of moments where you'll be near tears and others where you'll be laughing, all in the right moments. I recommend you see it in 3D in the theaters, it's so magical! It made me wish to live there! This movie will make a big mark in the history of cinema, I'm sure of it!! |

So freaky!! And totally unexpected! I mean, the trailer was badly made, in my opinion, because it gave off the vibe that it's just a cliché horror movie about a disturbed kid, which has been made so many times, and so it didn't appeal to me at all. But now that I have actually seen it, I was pleasantly surprised (and scared too). The acting was great and the twisted ending too. To anyone who also thought it was a cliché movie and wouldn't insert anything new, then think again and watch it. It will surprise and freak you out a little bit, I think! |

This movie has everything: pedophilia, prostitution, homossexuality, incest, rape, aliens... It's one of those movies who can't be considered great by Hollywood because it breaks so many taboos. But I liked it because it is unusual and shows some realities about the world. Plus, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a great actor, he did good =) But people should be warned that there are some very disturbing scenes in this movie and it might make you uncomfortable. |

| Moulin Rouge! - PG-13 | This is quickly becoming my favorite movie. A lot of people don't like this movie, but I adore it. It has a predictable plot (a hooker/show dancer from The Moulin Rouge, Satine, falls in love with the writer of the show, Christian, and they begin an affair behind the back of the duke, who will invest on the show for it to become more known with one condition - to have Satine for himself), but what makes the movie is the songs, the cast, the colourful set, etc. Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor do an amazing job with their roles, and he can sing!! =D I was shocked when I first heard him but he has an amazing voice that I don't get tired of hearing^^ | July 31, 2009 | N/A | |||
