Wow. Stunningly bad. The lip-syncing, for one, is an embarrassment to us all. A great cast gives passable performances in a film that just turns out dreadful, despite everyone's best efforts. Would have been better if it were just a straight-up goofy noir (in other words, if it ditched Story A). However, it did provide some decent noir eye candy. I think that's the only positive thing I can say.
