Elise Lanciault (jeezwhodied)

This movie as been directed by Henri Selick, but is based on characters bye Tim Burton and is produced by Tim Burton. Burton's works are incredible. We can laugh, be scared, be touched, etc. All movies from Burton are using influence of the 20's German's Expressionnism Cinema which is about contrast, dark side, macabre, but we still can see some burlesque with fine jokes a lot about expressions and finally a little bit of poetry (Exemple: The sets and all, like Christmas town and all), but we can see it more on Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow which has a lot of poetry with the scenes where we can see Ichabod Crane's mother.
