it is DEFINITELY one of the greatest movies in history. one of his greatest strength is the word ROSEBUD. nothing else. if you've seen it and known what the word means, welcome to the higher level of cinema!
a cool slam-bang flick about an anti-killer. The mighty oscar-nominee Paul Greengrass succeeded in making another great movie again! Matt Damon never looked cooler than here before... overall, this movie is cool... just a little bit disturbed with Bourne's ability to predict any action his enemy will have... i was almost mistaken it for NEXT... hahaha
the facts have shown that this movie has its power through clever and infatuating dialogue. it is the movie which has the most quotes in AFI's 100 best quotes. "we'll always have Paris" is one of my favorite.
ehm... at first i thought it will be a great one... i was looking forward to enjoy massive acts and philosophical essence that have made it famous through decades. i was wrong. i do not know how old people got impressed by it. the legendary late James Dean performed pretty well as the rebel. Sal Mineo (i think that's his name) also played really impressive as the scene stealer. but the problem was : WHY DID THE REAL ISSUE GET SWAY FROM THE INITIAL MATTER? i think we should rather focus in James Dean's character rather than the poor Sal Mineo who got shot in the end.
behind this mask is a face of vox populi..." great! V is my no.2 hero after Andy Dufresne in THE SHAWHSANK REDEMPTION... they both talk about awakening people's hope. only this one is much more extreme.
movies about human struggle against life are always meaningful to me. including this story about one of america's no.1 hero. he did not win the match but he won the girl's heart. how touching.
if you're not a horror fan, you will see this movie as an average crime-thriller. but if you are, like i am, then it's like a very great tribute to the horror flicks, especially the 70s. if you pay attention to the lines the characters speak, then you'll find out that actually they are praising Jason Voorhees, Candyman, Leatherface, and all the horrifying killers... oh, and did i mention that the brain behind it is the man who created Freddy Kruger?
probably the best movie which explains how science always works in the opposite way of religion... the actings are remarkable! how Robert Zemeckis ends the story is quite relieving too. Jodie Foster always becomes my favorite!
crazy! this is why Judd Apatow is considered the new Woody Allen... the jokes is soo exclusive and sometimes obscure... but i really enjoy it! if you're a huge movie fan, you will love this flick!
nice first half but the other half is such a mess. reminds me of Meet The Fockers for it. But you cannot miss a road trip movie with Vincent Vega, the Santa Claus and Bad Boy in it... but above all, William H. Macy is the fabulous scene stealer!
on EMPIRE magz new edition it said that Judd Apatow (and most of his gank) is the new Woody Allen. that's why i can't wait to see this one after i absolutely enjoy KNOCKED UP!
