An excellent movie, and a must-see before the 2008 election. We need to get more candidates like Jefferson Smith in Washington who care about freedom and liberty and won't sell their votes to the highest bidder. The deficiency bill in this movie all loaded with pork and concessions is eerily similar to the bailout the legislature just passed. We need to wake up to stuff like this.
This movie was hard to watch, what with everything going backward, but once you get to the end it all makes perfect sense. Definitely one of the strangest comedy love stories I've ever seen. It's really more of a drama, and I really like Jim Carrey in these kinds of more serious roles. Overall an excellent movie.
Stunning visuals. Pretty far-out premise, but done very believably. I lost it when they started talking about souls and the space-time continuum, but other than that hocus pocus, an excellent and thought provoking sci-fi flick.
This movie starts off a little slow (it keeps rewinding the opening scene to show it from different perspectives), but the payoff is worth it. Once it gets going, it really gets going. Bonus: this movie ends with a eucatastrophy! (It's a C.S. Lewis thing; look it up.)
