The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976, PG)
My second favorite Clint Eastwood movie, full of memorable characters, a unique story, filmed magnificently and treats it's characters as real people, not caricatures of western sterio types, one scene in particular where Josey is talking to the Indian Comanchee Chief near the end of the movie is classic, for it's lines come straight out of the Bible, yet sound so natural and moving that you would swear they were written for this movie. See this if you haven't you will not be disappointed! |
