Once upon a time there was a up and coming stand-up comedian named Jerry Seinfeld. He became well-known for his routines of observational humor. Jerry Seinfeld starred in a TV series that revolved around in his everyday life as being a somewhat neurotic comedian living in New York. Eventually the TV series caught on for being the coolest TV show on the air that was known as "a show about nothing". Jerry became very rich from Seinfeld. He seemed to disappear from the television landscape with the exception of reruns of Seinfeld. Well, he's back with a whole new project, Bee Movie. Jerry Seinfeld is the voice of Barry B. Benson. Barry is an average worker bee with unusual ideas and an attitude that deviates from the rest of the hive. Barry and Adam are friends. Adam is the voice of reason. Adam constantly reminds Barry of his responsibilities and where Barry belongs in the hive. Enough of the background info. The movie really starts to get interesting when Barry joins up with the Pollen Jocks and gets to leave the hive. |

I think that both Adam Sandler and Jim Carrey are talented enough to do drama, but the movie going public won't accept them in dramatic roles. Their dramas do poorly at the box office.
