A man, Ryan Bingham, who travels nationwide to fire people makes his living up in the air. He is seldom home, and never wants to be home. And anything that helps weigh him down, including friends and family just are excess baggage in his world. When his boss decides that Ryan's job is no longer needed he finally finds a reason to settle down, but of course it's never that easy.

Interesting, slightly romantic movie. Very cute. Dramatic ending. Quite enjoyed it. Watch it. Will you?
