    Adventureland Adventureland
    by ~Lissa~
I liked it! I must admit that I had no plan of seeing this until I was told to watch it because he bought it on itunes and then left so somebody had to watch it and that somebody was me! Wow long sentence!
Anyways, this was a fun movie. Didn't think too much of it until POT showed up and the soundtrack was great! Nothing better to do this summer? That's ok, get a job at Adventureland, smoke some pot, meet a cool chick, be the cool kid at work, smoke some more pot, be able to drink at 18 I think they were, and then smoke some more pot. I forgot what my point was but I remember pot in there somewhere so it must be all good.
I was kinda worried that Jesse Eisenberg was trying to be another Michael Cera but hey if the dorky cute guy gets the girl, why not! I'm interested to see what other movie he has to give me.
It may be just the 14-yr old girl trapped inside of me or the pothead, but I gotta say I enjoyed this movie and I'm glad I was forced to watch it.
I hope you enjoy it too! (for the same reasons!)
    Rent it now!

This movie made me laugh. Yes you had to watch and actually pay attention to what they were saying but it was funny!
You know it's going to be good times when he takes a pill and it has only a little acid in it, and when the guy that made it keeps losing the bottle so more people take it. Makes me wonder why it's more acceptable to take valium than acid!
Anyways, good movie, I enjoyed it just like I knew I would from the trailer.
Watch and you might too! Oh! And after the move watch the gag reel, it's hilarious!

This movie was hilarious! I've always enjoyed Paul Rudd and I'm glad he was partnered with Jason Segel for this comedy. Jon Favreau also cracked me up since he is so good at being an asshole!
I was able to watch this movie with my parents and it must not have been too crude since my mom was able to sit thru and enjoy it too.
I don't know about the "jerk-off" station and I hope I never see one in real life!
I'm sure there are a lot of guys out there that couldn't think of who to ask to be their best man, but I still wonder why can't a girl be their best man...or their mom? HAHA just kidding! Really!
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! If you haven't see this one yet, go rent it now!

I liked it! It made me laugh out loud which is a good thing to do in a crowded theater. Also made me wish I felt all gaga over someone or better yet that someone felt all gaga over me! Grrrr men....can't live without them, can't _____ them, you fill in the blank.
Watch it if you're a sucker for Katherine Heigl like I am.

Formulaic comedy with few genuine novel moments of humour. If slapstick is your bag of party tricks, you'll love this but if sophisticated humour is your pleasure, look elsewhere.

Who Killed the Electric Car? Who Killed the Electric Car?

This is vital news everyone needs to know about how General Motors invested a billion U.S., and created the perfect electric car and later recalled it from owners in a deliberate act of self sabotage. It also points to the lobbyists behind the oil industry as being probable culprits for delaying advancements in the auto industry. See this. You will be surprised and outraged!

What Happens in Vegas What Happens in Vegas
    by ~Lissa~
Ok so I finally watched this movie. Heard some good things about it from friends but not so good reviews here on flixster.
I missed the first 15 minutes but I don't think I missed much.
It was about Cameron Diaz who got dumped by a guy that thought she was too driven, I assume since she was a stock broker. Then there is Ashton Kutcher as the fun guy who gets fired by his dad and doesn't know how to clean, anything!
They hook up in Vegas and get drunk which leads to the thing we've all done, get married! He ends up putting her quarter in a machine and wins three million. Yeah like that ever happens! But wait, this is just a movie.
I'm glad I watched this on tv instead of paying for it in a theater. So not worth it, but it was good to watch when nothing else was on.
Check it out if her big mouth doesn't scare you!

Good Woody Allen movie. You wouldn't really know it was his when it first starts because he isn't in it. You can totally tell that it is his when they start talking.
I enjoyed this movie except I thought the voice-over was weird. I mean who was it? I wonder if it would have better if it was one of them, but then how would they know everything...
I heard a lot of great reviews before I saw this and I was already wanting to see it when it first came out, but I must admit when it ended, we both said "that's it?"
I liked Javier Bardem's slow way of talking combined with Penelope Cruz's quick spurts of spanish. I find I'm enjoying her more in spanish speaking roles.
Good movie to watch even if you aren't a Woody Allen fan.

I had wanted to see this movie because I read about all the publicity surrounding Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman during filming. About how hot it was and her whole pregnancy. Who better to take care of her than Wolverine though right?
I put off watching this film because it seemed like any other romantic drama and I couldn't be bothered.
To my surprise it wasn't and this tough gal actually shed a tear.
It reminded me of Rabbit-Proof Fence.
His little innocent voice telling the story made it more heartfelt.
Lots of action and emotion but I have to say I hated the ending.
Without ruining it, please someone who has seen it, tell me why?
