Fight Club (1999, R)
Along with the Matrix this is one of the best films of the past 10 years. Inspiring to watch and addicting as well. The replay value if it is high because you always notice something new every single time... a directors cut or an extended cut needs to be released on the 10 year aniversary... and the moment it's on blu-ray i'm snaggin it |

Superman (1978, PG) |

Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut (2006, PG)
A much better movie in comparison to the original. The way Lois tricks Clark is amazingly brilliant as is the begining of the movie. The redone effects are cheezy and you can tell they're done now but made to look like then. |

| 15 |
The Lord of the Rings - The Return of the King (2003, PG-13) |
|

Kôkaku kidôtai (Ghost in the Shell) (Shell Mobile Force) (1996, R)
The film that inspired The Matrix. Well at least one of the films. Ghost in the Shell is usually a persons first go in the world of anime. This or Akira. It's tough to understand if you aren't an existential thinker or dont' get the ideas of souls. It's animation is breath takingly good and the voice acting is top notch. I love it to death and it'll always be in my collection of movies |

Match Point (2005, R)
Woody Allen's best work in my oppinion. The way the families are and the way Scarlett Johansson plays sexy is amazing. The whole cast is what makes it work. I love this movie. It's great. It was so honest in the way the man hates that he has to make choices and can't because he's actually a coward. |

Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003, R)
Oh how i love this movie. The reason i give it 5 stars is personal. I know it's not actually a 5 star more so don't give me crap. But this movie is inspiring to potential film makers. It's a great piece of popcorn cinema and it wasn't expensive to make. Johnny Depp did all his acting in 8 days and the special effects were simple and cost almost nothing to make. It's a ton of fun. |
