Not quite 5-star Pixar but close.

Stunningly beautiful to look at, excellent performances, brilliantly choreogrpahed martial arts sequences and a well written story about honour and repressed love. This is a first rate movie and one of my all-time favourites.

Quite simply, the perfect blockbuster movie. Raiders is a dazzling action adventure with superb set pieces, brilliant characters and dastardly villians. This and Jaws are Spielberg's finest films. Footnote: It's not 'Indiana Jones and...' for fucks sake, it's 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' OK?
