This movie left much to be desired. I am a true Halloween fan from the very beginning and thats where I am tainted to judgement on this movie. The young crowd who didn't grow up with the original will probably enjoy this more than I did. I can't help but compare this to the originals..... and I didn't think Rob Zombie did justice to the franchise. The movie dragged on, there were too many flashbacks of mommy myers dressed in white with her horse???? The travelling across the country to know Lauries exact location? The Loomis selling a book gag.... just didn't feel right! So if you're a fan of the original - you probably won't care for this sequel... if you can go into the movie with an open mind and forget John Carpenters vision, you might enjoy......i didn't.
This is a great tie-in movie to the other 2 in the series. Bill Nighy is great as usual and Rhona Mitra actually fits into the role of Sonja very well. This is more of a prequel as it shows what happened before the first movie. Great special effects and story - I was a little worried about this movie because Len and Kate Beckinsale weren't part of it - but it proved to be a worthy part of the series. It's a must see for fans of the first two films.
Much more action than the first Hulk movie. It starts out showing the how he became the hulk during the opening credits. So after the credits it rolls into the action instead of taking time to go through all of the details that you already knew. This film felt more like a superhero action movie. More action and less time getting to the point. Good show.
