This film is my true favourite of all time; the story awesome and the script if pure magic; no one could ask for more. If it was possible to fall in love with a film, I would with this one!

Truly beautiful.
3
Iron Man (2008,  PG-13)
Iron Man
This hugely enjoyable film kept to a decent place with truly fantastic performances from all the cast, not to mention an awesome script. I dont think I have ever been more hyped about another film and I was not disappointed.
4
The Dark Knight (2008,  PG-13)
The Dark Knight
A phenomenal movie from practically every aspect with Heath Ledgers performance being most certainly Oscar-worthy and Christian Bale once again, outstanding. I believed in Aaron Eckhart as Harvey Dent, but I did not believe in Maggie Gyllenhaal™ as Rachel Dawes; she unfortunately proved to be the weakest of the cast (a little reminiscent of Batman Begins, the change of actress didnt make much difference). Fantastic.
5
Transformers (2007,  PG-13)
Transformers
The script: fantastic. The cast's performance: brilliant. The effects: utterly stunning. I really was blown away by this movie! My overall opinion: a masterpiece.

The Bourne Ultimatum (2007,  PG-13)
The Bourne Ultimatum
An absolutely awesome film! Very intimate with the action sequences and emotion. A fabulous ending to the trilogy and Bourne's story!
12
Casino Royale (2006,  PG-13)
Casino Royale
Bond to the extreme! Action, drama, thriller, has its comedic moments, swave, slick and just incredibly cool!
13
Quantum of Solace (2008,  PG-13)
Quantum of Solace
A real cerebral piece; delving much further into Bond's psychy, and allowing great insight into his character; however, it is only worth watching if youve seen Casino Royale. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a fair bit on the cutting-room floor. QoS lived up to all my expectations and didn't disappoint me in the slightest.
14
The Matrix (1999,  R)
15
Spider-Man (2002,  PG-13)
16
X-Men (2000,  PG-13)
X-Men
Fantastic! This film brings to comic-book characters to life!
17
Star Trek (2009,  PG-13)
Star Trek
Wow. Just wow. Never been a Trekkie, but this revamp has certainly converted me to Abrams' visionary take on the universe. Both emotive, funny and full of action. It was visually epic with beautiful direction and amazing cinematography. Great script, great story, great acting. I was hooked from the start and kept in awe right to the end.
18
Lucky Number Slevin (2006,  R)
Lucky Number Slevin
Slick and clean, minus the blood. Way above my expectations, I was very impressed with the superb script and the soundtrack.
19
Little Miss Sunshine (2006,  R)
Little Miss Sunshine
Absolutely HILARIOUS. Superb performances from all the cast, and who doesn't want a grandpa on drugs?!
20
Fight Club (1999,  R)
Fight Club
David Fincher keeps your mind on edge with his killer camera work. Superb direction in this film, really outstanding. The film is actually stunning and even better on the 2nd watch.
21
The Incredibles (2004,  PG)
22
Twilight (2008,  PG-13)
Twilight
The direction was inventive at points, but felt rather adolescent, although I felt that it suited the story telling in regards to the book. The cast, although not my first choice, was impressive, each character portrayed well for the most part. The baseball scene was by far my favourite living up to full potential. However, unfortunately, the lead up to the meadow scene and that scene in itself was a little disappointing. The film kept up a decent pace and was perfect in length, allowing the tale to unfold beautifully. A very successful novel adaptation, I look forward to the sequel and the impression of a new director.
23
Gladiator (2000,  R)
24
The Shawshank Redemption (1994,  R)
The Shawshank Redemption
Harrowing, but truly beautiful.
25
The Constant Gardener (2005,  R)
The Constant Gardener
Direction: beautiful. Cinematography: stunning. Acting: superb. Music: wonderful. Story: fantastic. A complete all-rounder, really loved it.
26
Yes Man (2008,  PG-13)
Yes Man
Jim Carrey is back on form in this movie; its not all about being funny. However, Yes Man did had me laughing almost constantly, though that was basically where appropriate. A real feel-good film. I really need to start saying "yes" to more things in life!
27
Shaun of the Dead (2004,  R)
Shaun of the Dead
Very, very funny! My first introduction to the zombie genre. I've seen a few more since, but this certainly is one of my favourties, however tame it might be!
28
Hot Fuzz (2007,  R)
Hot Fuzz
Simon Pegg doesn't fail to amuse! Very funny and some spectacular action sequences!
