Utterly, utterly awesome.
Emotive and imaginative and funny and oh so very true (in it's own way)
Wasn't sure I'd like it (never seen Rambo - not that keen) but the interweaving of clips and little referances to cinema and the story mean that you don't need to have seen it at all; Must make it more fun though.

The film that sparked my browncoatness. The BDM - aim to misbehave. *fangirlsquee* As with the sereis people just didn't get it - although this time the marketing department did much better - full of Whedon one liners delivered perfect;y CULT CLASSIC! I mean come on - how many films do you see that make you go out and buy the DVD box set of a TV sereis the day after?

One of the most quotable, referanced and silly films of all time. Python doesn't get much better than this.

I love this film. The laughs hide very important observations about our society, and for the record, it's not against God or Jesus - it just pokes fun at their blind rabid followers.

The Mist
by MarkFatal flaw, a scary movie that isn't scary. A more apt title would be "Gone With the Mist". Thumbs down.
Hey, you should really avoid this! Couldn't stand the stereotypical bible thumping character played by Marcia Gay Harden, although I do enjoy her work. Didn't like the ending either. Big thumbs down!

The Other Boleyn Girl (2003)
by MarkSame story but a different approach from the 2007 version. While the latter is visually appealing, the former's dialogue is superior, which goes a long way to explaining the motives and actions of the principals better.

The Other Boleyn Girl
by MarkThought this film did a good job of portraying the events that ultimately led to England breaking with the Catholic Church. I also rented, by mistake, the BBC version. Will be interested to see how they compare. Although at face value this version seems to be accurate concerning the basic facts.

Yeah I do! i love it! I watched Firefly in between season 3 and 4 and became hooked on it then found out there was only one season. So sad. :(
