My Favorite Movies

Nothing prepared me for the tears I shed because of this movie. I felt the love of the Grogan family.

At first I wasn't interested to see this, until Becca posted something =) She loved it so much and even if I don't always agree with her, her reviews make sense. I watched it a couple of days of ago and watched it with a writer's opinion and not a critic's opinion. The story by Bruce Joel Rubin(screenplay-he wrote the Dempsey-Moore starrer GHOST too) and Audrey Niffenegger(novel), though a work of fiction, is believable and the movie casting is great. Since the time traveling was caused by stress, it was but natural that when Henry was "caught" he would disappear only a few moments after and when he was at peace, he would stay a bit longer. Parents who brought their kids along just explained the scenes unfathomable to them, but it's good that they were able to enjoy most of the movie. The moral assessment rating given by the CBCP is three (because of what Henry "had to do" to survive). They believe that Bana and McAdams don't have enough chemistry. I don't agree. They do. It's in the eye of the beholder, really...and everyone is allowed to have their own opinion. Yet, I like what they said about the love and fidelity of Clare and Henry and there, I agree with them.
