Briony continues to seek forgiveness for her childhood misdeed. Through a terrible and courageous act of imagination, she finds the path to her uncertain atonement, and to an understanding of the power of enduring love. From the briliant opening scene, to the heartbreaking ending, I was glued to the screen. The film was fantastic and the best thing I have seen in a long long time. Beautiful cinematopraphy and a clever way of filmmaking. Definetly a heavy Oscar contender. This is THE ONE to watch before you die!!!

a classic sad love tale between a young writer who falls in love with the beautiful courtesan and the star of the Moulin Rouge!!! Tragic ending and beautifully directed, this film is defintitely the musical to watch before you die!!! The music in this film is also using the modern twist of the 20th century cleverly to create a masterpiece of art!!! The best thing in life is to love and be loved in return!!!
