Donnie Darko (2001,  R)
Donnie Darko 5.0 Stars
This really leaves you thinking. This is a movie that you need to watch once more to really understand what the whole thing was about. Time travel movies always tend to frustrate me! But I loved it, the soundtrack was a plus too.

I love all of Christopher Guest's movies, but I think this one is my favorite. I love how when Cookie trips, and she starts walking all jacked up, that was some funny stuff there!

Who would have thought that David Bowie could be such a fun and lovable bad guy? Well I guess not lovable, but he sure could throw that baby pretty high! I love the Bog of Eternal Stench scene. This whole movie is just superfantabulous!

This one is a darker Wes Anderson flick. Gene Hackman is great in this. Brillant sums up this movie.

"Fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, fuck you, I'm out!" One of the best stoner movies. Cheech and Chong's Up In Smoke is the best though.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone) 5.0 Stars
I'm a total whore for Harry Potter, what can I say. If you don't like it, oh well! This one was done very much like the book, which is really never the case with books gone to movies. Chris Columbus actually did a good job on this one. He stuck to the story line for the most part. I think that because this is smallest of the series had a major factor in that. But I liked it.

Not too many people liked this one because it really strayed from the book. But the book was HUGE! Of course books are always better, but I thought it was a great movie!

Ok, this movie reminds me of when I was younger. Me and my little sister would watch this all the time! It is totally cheesy, but fun. Joshua Miller has the best lines in the movie. I'm a nerd. But I like it. :P
