Asoka (2001, R)
My all time favorite movie. I love period films, and musicals, and Shah Rukh Khan... put them together and you have a damn goode film. I must say Kareena Kapoor did a great job in her role as Kaurwaki as well. Her "san sanana" is my theme song too! ;D |

I'd give it 5 star's except that Poo's English outfits are just too horrific. Otherwise, this is the first bollywood film I ever saw (and Bole Chudiyan was the first part i saw), and it very quickly got me absolutely addicted to all things bollywood and indian (more so than i already was). And I must say "Suraj Hua Maddham" is one of the most gorgeous song picturizations i have ever seen. |

He quickly has to grow up and become the man he was meant to be, but preity has moved on, yet their paths keep crossing. The army and the romance parts are intertwined and neither get dull or repeditive. The music is great, too. |
