The first film I really remember going to see that made a big impact on me. Love the performances, awesome soundtrack, gorgeous images and gripping drama. Whatever happened to Kelly McGillis though?

Non stop action from start to finish. I was knackered but totally loved it. Perfect end to a fab trilogy.

Fantastic film, really clever idea. My favourite director Peter Weir again. Why hasn't he had an Oscar? Jim Carrey is great in a non comedy role.

Love John Cusack in this film. Great 80s soundtrack and cracking dialogue. What a great idea for a film! Hitman goes to his high school reunion. Genius!

Best of the trilogy in my opinion. I try to forget that the three prequels exist. This is totally Han Solo's film and the relationship between him and Leia is brilliant. "I love you... I know" need I say more?

Remember going to see this when I was a teenager and spending half of the film hiding my eyes, especially at the end. But it is a total blast from start to finish and Harrison Ford is absolutely brilliant in the part. He is in many of my most favourite films ever.

Well worth waiting for. Missed this at the cinema and so many people recommended it to me. Luckily I was not disappointed. They don't make many films like this nowadays. Funny, exciting, romantic and with a fab song at the end. Loved it!

Saw this film expecting not to like it after the TV series, but thought it was great. Keira Knightley was excellent and I hadn't been a fan of hers up till then. Still not sure about Matthew McFadyen though. He's not Colin Firth!

Robin Williams as the genie. He is the film. Sad to say I could probably still remember all the words to the songs. My favourtie Disney film.

Yet another classic Peter Weir film. This film still makes me cry and breaks my heart. And that scene when they stand on the desks still sends a shiver down my spine. Saw this film in a cinema next to a bloke who thought it was a Robin Williams comedy and kept laughing hysterically and a deaf woman whose friend was telling her the plot really loudly and was still spellbound.

Brilliant! Just what I needed to cheer me up after being ill. Totally silly but great fun from beginning to end. Not everyone's cup of tea but I loved it. Amy Adams was perfect. I am now in love with Patrick Dempsey.

Really liked this film. The dialogue is brilliant and often laugh out loud funny. But the film is also really sweet and touching without being sentimental or sickly. Great cast and Ellen Page is a standout.

My most favourite chick flick. Can't put my finger on why I love it but I do. I just love Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston is great too. Only thing that annoys me is how she treats the baby's father.

This was the start of my Australian trilogy (with Priscilla and Muriel's Wedding). A really sweet story but shot in an unusual and stylised way that makes it stand out (sign of Baz Luhrmann 's style to come).

My favourite brit comedy. Excellent soundtrack (whatever happened to Space) and the 3 main characters are all cute and quirky. Just love the different scams they come up with, especially the loft insulation one. A classic in my opinion.
