The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian
by Ameeta This movie wasnt as appalling as i thought it would be. It keeps you entranced in the movie, who is going to win this battle, do they find aslan, does aslan help..WHERE IS ASLAN? and so on. Enlightening movie with a happy ending, kinda anyway. Must see!
You will enjoy this if you move past your pressumptions of it being a childrens movie

Get Smart
by Ameeta If you want to watch a movie that keeps your humored til the end then this is it, Carell is actually a very good actor and plays his role as Maxwell Smart very effectively, as does Anne Hathway. The plot wasnt too bad and the visual effects werent too scantiliy done either.
This movie exceeded my expectations

Cats & Dogs
by Ameeta This movie accurately captures the cat and dogs platonic relationship, where the cats are the bad evil doers and the dogs save the day..i enjoyed this movie, its great for watching with the family as it has a balance of love and hate and the need to save the world all at the same time.
Cat vs Dog..who wins? Dogs ofcourse..sorry to ruin it :D

Woman on Top
by Ameeta Rich in culture and Cruz is practically oozing her sensuality onto the screens. This is a delightful movie about brazilian culture and how food can be made with so much love. A must see.
If you want to learn how to cook sensuously, watch this ;)

Zoolander
by Ameeta Derek Zoolander and Hansel? ran out of names that sound remotely sane have we..lol, this movie was kinda silly but essential to watch for all people who are vain about their looks. Its hilarious and plus, its got Ben Stiller.
This is an alright movie, not too good but not too bad

The Truman Show
by Ameeta I was revolted by this movie but i liked it at the same time. Jim Carrrey delivers a superb performance, and this is the first time i have seen a film expressed through this way, the scene that was most memorable to me was towards the end when he is sailing away and hits the end of the set, its just..the realisation of it all was tremondous. I liked this new approach alot.
Great movie, you dont want to miss this one for sure.

I, Robot
by Ameeta watching this movie at a time that i was will smith c razy wasnt a very good idea. He delivers a spectacular perfomance as Del Spooner as a detective thats investigating the dodgy death of a brilliant scientist. This movie is filled with great sci-fi techie things and is a great movie.

Donnie Darko
by Ameeta This is one seriously messed up movie about an equally messed up kid. Donnie Darko sees an apparently imaginary friend who looks like a rabbit thats just climbed out of its coffin. The story line is kind of confusing but as it progresses, it becomes apparent why it happend the way it did. A definate must see.
This is abit confusing but once you watch it till the end, it all falls into place.

by Ameeta The storyline was very very familiar, ok..to be fair it has been repeated over a million billion tiimes but it didnt stop them from making yet another movie based on it right? horrible movie

Mad Money
by Ameeta Katie Holmes is gorgeous and really gets into character fior this movie, the plot is not so complicated and Queen Latifa is always a pleasure to watch. Not many tactics are employed, little visual effects and nothing really caught my eye. So watch this is you really have nothing else to watch.
Ridiculously simple yet imaginative at the same time.

You Don't Mess with the Zohan
by Ameeta Baaaad accent, bad storyline, but there is some truth behind the plot, a suprising guest star appearance by Mariah Carey but this is a movie you might want to see with a group of people and see it only once. Its a poor performance by Adam Sandler who happens to be one of my favourite actors.
a hilarious movie, a little crude, but funny none the less.

The Incredible Hulk
by Ameeta Edward Norton delivers a spectacular performance and gets into character of the hulk really well, although his love interest, Betty, played by Live Tyler could have been missed, the full plot of the movie wouldnt hav been as effective. The c.g.i..well, you can decide for yourself but the sounds effects and visual effects were well thought out and should be mentioned. As always, dont rely on your knowledge about the comic The Incredible Hulk, go watch the movie..not so much of a waste of time.
Why doesnt this have the option of rating above 5 stars? lol, kiddng..awesome movie..watch it!

Sex and the City: The Movie
by Ameeta Four gorgeous young women. Thats just about the only good thing about this hyped about movie. The story, dragged on a little too long and there was alot of bullshit incorporated into it. The plot revolves around love and how women are constantly looking for it..maybe its eluding them for a reason? Maybe im being overly cynical but this is by far one of the worser movies this year.
Needless to say that this movie disapointed me .. :|

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull
by Ameeta Some parts were corny, the others spectacularly unbelievable and what remained can rest somewhere in between ghosts of the radiance of the past Indie movies. The cast was great however, Ford is incredible and Shia lebouf is on his way to greatness. The ending is good but it's not GREAT, and it probably should have been. For the setting, Indie manages to fit very well 50s era and the film manages a really convincing 50s feel. The CGI effects were rather poor, the movie coould have done better without it. The abrupt ending left me hanging. Overall an alright movie i guess.
The ending of the movie left me thinking, 'what, what..wait..its OVER?!' so yeah..beware..^_^
