Silent Hill
R
Rose takes her adopted daughter Sharon to Silent Hill, the pace Sharon always mentioned while sleepwalking. Rose only wanted to cure her. But a car crash occurs, and Sharon escapes, leaving Rose searching for her in the horrofic town. Rose is pursued by horrible creatures and people who lived there, while she uncovers the truth of what was the cause that burnt the town 30 years ago. Strange story but easy to understand. I truly don't like the ending at all!! You'll see when you watch it.
Troy
R
One of the best war films I've ever seen. Paris takes Helen to Troy with him, abondening her husband Spartan, brother of Agamemnon. Due to this motive, a war breaks up, in which Spartan fights as a revenge for what Paris did to him and his brother fights for his greed. Achilles is known for his best fighting, and although he fights against the Trojans, he falls in love with the cousin of Paris and Hector. The ending was quite disappointing, I didn't want the story to end that way.
Lovewrecked
PG
Jenny is crazy on Jason who is a rock star. While on her work with her best friend Ryan, Jason comes on holiday. But he ends up the victim of a storm, and along with Jenny, ends up on an island. But Jenny finds a passage that leads back to where they were. Taking advantage of this moment alone with Jason, she didn't tell him, and spends days alone with him. Then there's her best friend Ryan. He loves her more than she thinks. I love the ending so much!! And Jonathan was the best in it!
Johnny English
PG
When the queen's crown jewels get stolen, Johnny English and Bough get assigned to the task. The suspects is Pascal Sauvage, who also wanted to steal the queen's throne. A great comedy! Rowan has done it again!Flixster - Share Movies
Cheaper by the Dozen
PG
Tom And Kate Baker have 12 children, but they managed to keep up with them. Their usual day is full of chaos and funny moments that actually make you laugh. But when Tom is offered the job of coaching a squad, they had to move in another house. Kate had to go away to New York to promote her new book and Tom had to take care of his children alone, do the housework and go to work. Quite funny but it also brings out the demanding job of the parents and how important the kids are.
Cheaper by the Dozen 2
PG
Tom and Kate Baker take their children on a vacation to Lake Winnetka. With his daughter pregnant and all, there is the usual chaos. But they soon enter into a competion with Jimmy and the story soon develops into funny moments were the family comes together in order to win. The competion scene is hilarious, and even the part when Tom's daughter was driven to hospital and there was all the chaos 12 kids could make!!

The Passion of the Christ
R
Nobody can deny it that this film is one of the best religious movies the cinemas have ever seen. It's not just special effects and make-up, but the most important thing is that it is showing what Christ had to suffer for our salvation. It has changed hundreds of people, some of which went home to find out more about this magnificant story. The person who had to play the role of Jesus, had to prepare himself both physically and spiritually. Jim Caviezel admitted: ' I don't think I could have done this film without the faith that I have.' One can never stop listing the things Jim had to go through during the filming: struck by lightning, separated his shoulder, dehydrated and then hypothermia, hit accidentaly during the scourging scene.... 'I knew what I was in for when I took this film, but I had no idea it would go in the direction it did. The only thing that scared me where the three languages, as I barely knew Latin, but knew nothing about Aramaic and old Hebrew was foreign to learn.' The key to the film wasn't to see Jim in the movie but to see Christ. It is true that it has a lot of gory scenes in it, but at those times these things really happened. Mel Gibson was successful in spreading the message of faith, hope, love and forgivness with this film, and may it continue to change people and allow Jesus in their hearts like many have done.

John Sullivan (Jim Caviezel), lost his father, who was a great firefighter, in the Bruxton fire. 30 years later, John discovers his father's ham radio and starts talking through it. He started talking to a man he didn't know, which later turned out to be his father. At first they couldn't believe it, but later accepted this as their only way to talk with each other, and make up for those lost years. By alerting his father about the things that happened 30 years before, he managed to change the past, with different and dangerous consequencies turning up. It's a splendid film, one that left me hooked up, specially with Jim's great talent!Flixster - Share Movies

A great movie!! Jim played his part perfectly! He couldn't have done it any better! The film is quite confusing until you get the hang of it! The plot of the film is great, it keeps you hooked up till the end, trying to figure out who is the bad guy and the good ones! But I didn't want McCain to die, poor guy!Flixster - Share Movies

The Count of Monte Cristo
PG-13
I had the chance to see it at last! It cannot be any better! I mean, Jim was the just the best. A large part of this movie was filmed in Malta in Kemmuna, the island where the prison was, Imdina and the Great Harbour. That is very satisfying!Flixster - Share Movies

I Am David
PG
This is such a sweet movie!! It's difficult not to feel sorry for little David, who had to go through much difficulties until he fullfilled his wish. And I would also like to mention Jim's role in this film. He was a great man, ready to die for his little friend! It actually made me cry!

Night at the Museum
PG
Larry found a new job as a security guard in the Museum of National History. But unlike any museum, the exhibits on display come to life. It's really funny how Larry dealt with this unusual situation. The film is really funny and keeps you hooked up till the end!Flixster - Share Movies

The Dark Knight
by rachelOf all the batman films, this would probably the best one i've ever seen! Definitely not for kids. Late Heath Ledger's performance is superb! Kudos to the wild Joker! He really did steal the show! Although it's got a highly complex and long story, it's still the best summer action-drama picture.
Hey, you should really see this!

Red Eye
by JackWith the action confined to a cramped passenger jet for most of the film's running time, there's no room for the kind of relentlessly over-the-top action that many Hollywood thrillers peddle. Instead, Craven and screenwriter Carl Ellsworth keep the focus purely on the power-play between Jackson and Lisa, keeping the tension high, and never lingering for too long before moving on to the next suspense set-piece.
The director's aided in his task by the excellent work of the two leads, with Rachel McAdams proving that she can carry a movie as she portrays a realistic and three-dimensional character without becoming an action heroine stereotype. Murphy also excels, managing to be convincingly charming in the early scenes and resisting the urge to chew the scenery once Jackson's menacing agenda becomes clear.
The script exploits the surreal nature of a life-or-death situation taking place in such a banal environment (most notably, when Lisa is menaced by Jackson in the airplane toilet, and one of the hostesses misinterprets it as an attempt to join the Mile High Club), while the efficient direction pastes over the more obvious holes in the plot.
Sadly, Red Eye eventually falls prey to the kind of overblown climax that unseats many Hollywood suspense thrillers. In the same way that Speed faltered once it left the famous wired-to-explode bus, the film doesn't quite recover from letting the characters leave the confines of the plane, and opening out into a more traditional action thriller environment.
Thankfully, it's still sensible enough to play the more ridiculous moments with its tongue firmly in cheek (thanks largely to the entertaining Jayma Mays as Lisa's mousy co-worker at the hotel). Even an extended sequence that's essentially Craven re-treading ground from the Scream movies can't completely derail what remains a surprisingly tense and satisfying thriller.Hey, you should really see this!
