T4 was an OK movie. Not great and not bad, just OK. Its slightly better than T3, and only because of the action sequences. Needless to say, it doesn't even come close to the greatness of T2 or T1. Bale is OK as Connor, but I felt absolutely nothing for the character, and I think that was due to the script and not Bale's acting.This felt more like a movie about Marcus and not Connor. Maybe we got spoiled with the rich character development from the Sarah Connor Chronicles, which IMO the average episode was as good or better than this flick storywise. I am curious about one thing though; how they made the T800 look so realistic. It looked like we were staring at Arnold from the 1990s. |

Yes, its that good. Its yet another time travel movie, but this allows to reboot the entire franchise. Nothing will be as it was. The actors are great. Pine plays a great young Kirk, Simon Pegg and Quinto steal every scene they are in, Urban seems like DeForest Kelly re-incarnated. Now that they've set up the characters, I'm really curious to see where they'll take it from here. |
