This is going in my top 10. I thought this was going to be a straight-up action flick, but I was surprised by how much humor was in this movie. It was very intense, don't get me wrong, but the timing of each quip was perfect to keep me relaxed enough not to turn my face away, though the action sequences were extremely provacative. McAvoy is phenomenal! It is so easy to believe that he was a nobody with a pathetic life for existence and equally as believable that he was a sexy, lethal, cool-as-hell assassin. Jolie's performance was also worthy of praise. Some of her facial expressions in the movie spoke louder than any word could have. Absolutely brilliant! Twists and turns abound in this film.

I can not help but fall in love with James McAvoy yet again in this charming fairy tale. There is something subtle in his performances that make him irresistibly sincere. Ricci gives a superb performance and makes you wonder if having a pig's nose really is all that bad. If McAvoy was my happily ever after, I say bring the snout on! Great first production Reese!
