| G-Force - PG | It's great for mindless entertainment, and also great for family. Don't go expecting any kind of thought out plot - the one the movie has is exceptionally bare bones, and it's really jerky. | Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - PG | I find that the fans disappointed with HBP are the ones that WB are never going to be able to please. Consequently, in movies, there are just things in books that you just can't do in movies. The cuts made were logical ones and made in the best interest of time. Not to mention that as storytelling goes, I really like the added burrow burning scene, and I don't care what anyone else says, we still have a chance to hear of how Voldemort chose his horcruxes in Deathly Hallows. The unfortunate thing is, we were only ever meant to be introduced to horcruxes in this movie. The real hunt can't begin until next movie, and the next movie may prove that Voldemort is betraying the objects as Harry realizes he has access to Voldy's mind. | August 2, 2009 | N/A | |||

It's like watching a train wreck in real time. It's dicey as a literary adaptation goes, and the special effects? Come on ILM. YOU CAN DO WAY BETTER THAN THAT. c'mon. Even the sparkles disappointed me. |

| The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything: A VeggieTales Movie - G | It was pretty good for the most part, however I was surprised that the let the villain drown, proceeded by an awards ceremony. It does raise some questions about why they did that specifically. That aside, it was pretty good.
