Georgia (1995, R)
Not alot of people have heard of this one either. I caught it just a few years ago on Shotime, or one of those movie channels. The two women in the picture are sisters; 'Georgia' is the one on the right. The one on the left is 'Sadie Flood'. Sadie is big on alcohol, she sings, and she's really cool. Her sister Georgia is more conservative, she sings more like country type music. Sadie ends up with a local band that mostly play Velvet Underground covers at mostly bars, Bar Mitzvahs, and birthday partys. Sadie wants so much to connect with her sister, but her sister is really turned off by Sadie's lifestyle. |

See No Evil, Hear No Evil (1989, R)
You people really need watch movies...I doubt alot of people have seen this one either, so I'll describe it. Once again, the good old comedy team: Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor. 'David Lyons'(Wilder) is deaf, "Repeat, deaf!", and 'Wally Carrou' is blind. Luckily the two have each other, because they sure need it. A woman kills a man over a gold coin right in the place where Wally and David work, and the woman is gone when the police arrive, so David and Wally get arrested for a crime they didn't commit. When asked what happened, Wally replies, "I SMELLED a woman, but I didn't SEE a woman...", and David replies, "I can tell you just one thing. She has the most incredible legs I have ever seen in my life." So right away, David and Wally are able to escape, bumbling around town trying not to be noticed, and end up in New Jersey(from New York). Anything with Pryor and Wilder is absolutely hilarious and a must-see. "This morning, I threatened to shoot a naked woman with my erection. Now that's not something that happens everyday." |

King Ralph (1991, PG)
I love this movie. ...Not alot of people have seen it. It's hilarious. John Goodman is Ralph Jones of Las Vegas. The ENTIRE British royal family has just died in a freak accident. Ralph is a distant descendant of the family. He is now the new King of England! He's picked up in Vegas playing piano in a night club, and is whisked off to London, England. But Ralph is different, he's American, he loves rock and roll, he's a party animal, he's not an upstanding, sophisticated person worthy of King. While in England, Ralph makes quite a scene, and is threatened to be kicked off of his throne, but he does his best. He meets a stripper named Miranda Greene, and really starts to like her. This movie also stars Peter O'Toole. |
