Loved it, loved it, loved it! What more can I say?? So its a bit long, but those producers got it right when they figured we couldn't get enough of Gore Verbinski's Pirates of The Caribbean!

If you loved the other two, you will certainly love this, it brings the whole masterpiece to a pummeling finale ;)

So if you haven't seen it already, then get you're ass back in line down at that theater, and hustle with those tickets! :D

Simply loved it! The score was great by Alexandre Desplat and introducing pianist Lang Lang, and it's even got those little french children singing. It's definetly better than it's predecessor and even produced by the two leads themselves. What more can one say?

It's worthwile and Naomi Watts gives a spectacular performance as the flawed Kitty, with the very serious and endearing Edward Norton as Dr. Walter Fane ;)

She's got the same name as me, and the two of them sparkle together on the screen. Her wit and his confused charm put together in a film about a girl and a proffesional hitman. Loved it! Simply loved it :D

This being the break-through for up-coming actor Alec Baldwin, he does a pretty decent Sean Connery-voice. I recommend to all that have read Tom Clancy! Go watch The Juror now!

Demi Moore is fascinating, but even more so is the thrilling performance by Alec Baldwin. So intense, that at moments, you're completely awe-struck by the film, and the conflicting emotions in your stomach confuses you to no end. I really loved this movie! I can't really explain it...

Remeber, remember the 5th of November...

You don't need to see Hugo Weaving, his rich voice is more than enough! If not to watch the film for its drama and suspense, then for Dario Marianelli's fantastic musical score! I think we have a new John Williams on the path here ;)

Louis puts the humour in buisness as Bing Crosby's friend in this movie, where the high society goddess Grace Kelly is getting married with a man she has an illusion of love with, in the mean time as the wedding bells ring, she finds herself being pursued by ex-husband Bing Crosby, hopelessly in love with her, and feeling attracted to none other than the reporter covering their wedding, Frankie "Blue Eyes" Sinatra. Made me laugh, and well worth your time!

Never would have thought that Anne Hathaway could carry a movie as the lead, but oh my God, does she fill out the role!

James McAvoy was brilliant, and heartwrenching to see at some points.

Both leads make the union between Jane and Thomas so real, and so sad to watch because the reality of their day was quite different from what they wanted.

I've seen it today, and I know I'm gonna see it again as soon as possible.

I thought it absolutely wonderful! The story put to the screen by japanese Studio Ghibli and the American Pixar Productions. You couldn't expect anything else from Hayao Miyazaki to pull out of retirement. The storyline really is ingenious and the scope of the film beautiful. My favourtie scene has to be that colourful room of Howl's ;)

It's one of the most moving, unnerving and beautiful movies I'll ever think to see! I simply loved everything about it! The storyline is ingenious, the characters are mysterious and loveable, and the musical score are without any doubt one of the best I've heard.

It'll always be a favourite of mine, and I'll always come back to it one time or another to relieve young Chihiro's grand adventure...

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (2007,  PG-13)
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix 5.0 Stars
This is the best HP-movie to date! David Yates has done a wonderful job bringing out the humane sides of the story, showing Harrys growing despair of being left in the dark, and his rising anger towards everyone that tries to help him. The movie lacked in it's usually abundant stream of music, that we have come to known to be a part of the Harry Potter world, and have instead used more scores for piano, and taking an entirely new and interesting approach to the musical score of the film, that perfectly accentuates what the story's core really is about.

Even though you know the story and you know what to expect, this film has published it in such a way, that the film becomes one of those films you can watch over and over again. It doesn't just try to explain what happens over the course of the book as some of the other films have done, but keeps true to the story, and finds the creme de la creme to make a new film, that doesn't just put pictures to the story, but makes it an independent film that can it's own. But that's just my simple sentiments for you ;)

Roman Holiday (1953,  Unrated)
Roman Holiday 5.0 Stars
A very beautiful story with our all time favourite leading star, Audrey Hepburn. When it came out, I guess it was way ahead of it's time and even today, it still surprises me and gives me the chills out of the utter greatness to which extent it has been made. The favourite scene is definetly the last one, where they see each other from across the throne hall and he gets to ask her a question... A must see, I think...

Sabrina (1954,  Unrated)
Sabrina 3.5 Stars
Audrey Hepburn gives a magical performance, but that Humphrey Bogart man is really nothing compared to her. It was dissapointing that I couldn't find a flare between these two, because the only real magical moment between them, is what occurs in the basement when Audrey turns on the cars and hopes to die, when he walks in and saves her... Audrey made it worthwile though...

But if you see it more than once, then it kinda grows on you. The acting done between William Holden and Humphrey Bogart is brilliant, and if you look closely; there's much more to ol' Bogey than meets the eye. You just gotta watch out for it ;)

Sabrina (1995,  PG)
Sabrina 5.0 Stars
As for the 54 shot original of this movie, the cast in this one lives up to their predecessors like no one could imagine. Audrey Hepburn was a fantastic Sabrina, but Julia Ormond, I think, pulls it off grandly as her voice seems more melodic than Audrey's sometimes.

As for David Larrabee who was played by William Holden, Greg Kinnear also did a good job being the funny clown sometimes during the film.

And now we come to the man I really wanted to talk about; Linus Larabee played by Humphrey Bogart in the first and now by Harrison Ford masterly. He not only gives more feeling to the character in this version, but is more appealing in some fashion. The backside is that he's handsomer than Humphrey ever was, since when Humphrey was cast as Linus, he fit the part perfectly.

If you're into romantic stories with a little silver lining, I recommend this movie for you all!

My Fair Lady (1964,  G)
My Fair Lady 5.0 Stars
This is one of my all time favourites! And the best Audrey Hepburn film I've ever seen. She is so grand in her dresses and so charming even as a simple flower girl. At first I couldn't recognise her, but when someone put a french pailette dress on her, my mind remembered.

My admiration also goes to Rex Harrison, for finally finding a role that was made for him. His songs in this musical are among the most hilarious I've ever heard, and the fact that he wore a microphone in his tie doesn't help the matter :D

If you've ever fallen for one of those old film pearls, there'll be much to gain from this one, I swear! ;D

It was great! Even though it was very long, but getting those two together couldn't have been done in shorter time :) The ending dissapointed me though, but Selzsnick knew what he was doing, because every person in this film, you grow to hate, love and feel ambivalent about, because that was the objective, to make a film that was somehow more than a film. He really did accomplish that.

I was really looking forward to this one. Thankfully, they exchanged Katie Holmes with a more sexy, real actress like Maggie Gyllenhaal ;)

The cast with Maggie was perfect as ever, and even though the movie is very long, it's still worth every minute, every second. The horror is present, the drama, the romance and the humor. All is served on a platter with this surprising spicy sarcasm. There's countless twists to the storyline and you're literally sitting at the edge of your seat because you can't possibly detect whatever will happen next. It's definetely one of the most intelligent movies I've ever seen. Even more so that Ocean's Eleven and The Thomas Crown Affair.

The greatest thing of all, is the fact that every movie with a hero has to have a great villain to disturb the balance and the way Heath Ledger played the villain The Joker, he's definetley worthy of the title of being the best played Batman Villain ever. Never has a villain been played with such insanity, such humor, sarcasm and again with the craziness. It truly is a sad thing that he's not among us anymore, but the role of The Joker will be one of his last testaments to our world, and it is indeed and Oscarworthy performance he should win without need of pity. Watch it, and I really mean it this time. You won't regret it.
