three reasons to see this film 1. the incomparable bill murray is fantastic as usual 2. woody harrelson is great as the tough guy with a heart of not gold but maybe copper Tallahassee. 3. they have zombies in there.

matt damon as mark whitacre is and interesting fit, he seems to be at times in this movie in his best acting form to date. at the same time this movie labors a bit its got some funny parts and in truth is a very odd subject but as a whole its one of those movies youll forget youve ever seen. what becomes of this movie is that its neither particularly funny or engrossing of a drama, where does that leave it? im not really sure about this one it could be brilliant and im just missing it or it could just be that a fine acting performance has been given to a mediocre film not too sure. the one thing i really didnt like is it feels like a 70's movie set in the 90's with a cast from the 80's for the year 2009.
