If you like war movies, and if you like Clint Eastwood...this one is perfect! Neat story, a little irreverent (for it's time)...great acting. No characters better than "Oddball". Even the Love Boat captain was great in this!

Incredible action, wonderful story, very clear good guys and bad guys, and a fun love story. All the elements of a great story! The subsequent movies were good, but not quite as good as the first!
