comedy at its prime lol... i loved this movie.. its rather predictable.. but it is a fun and worthwhile watch... kudos ICE CUBE yaay yaay!!!

Its really interesting... the dance moves are DA BOMB!

Its a masterclass in smart, silly blockbuster movie. Its storyline is preposterous, and how the heist goes is a bit silly, but that's part of the fun, that's what makes the Ocean's series in general such a blast! The great cast and the smart dialogue just made it a pleasure to watch! GO FOR IT!!!

this movie succeeds in letting its actors shine, and you should see it for its great soundtrack!

I loved it and Ocean's Eleven worked particularly well because of its starry cast, and the fact the cast were clearly having an absolute ball making the movie.

What can I say? it's one of my favorite movies. It has everything: love, romance, action, sorrow, and happiness. Shane West and Mandy Moore have wonderful chemistry together, and it shows. It makes you feel like you want to become a better person, and not be so selfish, self-centered, and makes you realise that there more important things in life.

It's a romantic movie that will have men alert enough to have an intelligent conversation afterward. Don't believe what the sour critics say about this movie ? besides are any of them single in the current dating world? I believe most of them are either married or so hopelessly ridged in their solitary life that they wouldn't recognize dating for middle classed professionals people if it was on a screen in front of them. And am not hating hehe...

I desperately wish that the Farelly brothers would go back to doing gross-out comedies like they did with Dumb and Dumber, Kingpin, Me, Myself, and Irene, and this. This is by far the best of all their movies. There are three kinds of comedy. Comedies that make you smile (Sixteen Candles), comedies that make you laugh (Airplane), and comedies that cause you to nearly asphyxiate yourself from laughing so hard. This is one of those rare third category movies. With the friends I watched it with, the laughs sounded like nuclear bombs going off in the theatre hall. It's that funny.

This is a fun movie that can be enjoyed thoroughly by the adult set as well as its seeming target audience, teens!
All in all, this movie is great fun and more well-done than might be initially expected!

I was afraid of this movie. For a long time I feared that one day, Eminem WOULD make a movie - and that movie would suck!!!!

Along it came, and you know what? It didn't suck. Man, was I relieved.The final battles in the movie, are the absolute climax. If you ever had any doubts about Eminmems talents - one way or the other - you definitely know his worth now!

- Some might say that it must be easy to play yourself, and it's not a secret that this movie is somewhat autobiographic. But it sure takes guts to put yourself out there like that, well done.

FANTASTIC,

This movie seems to be postcard perfect, a lesson straight out of the director's guide to romantic movies. Boy meets girl, love from the other side of the tracks, a date by the water, etc. And the wonderful thing about this movie is that it takes what seems like a story you've heard already and still moves you deeply. It really speaks about love in a way that most romantic movies miss by speaking in cliché or adding in numerous complications to dramatise things. There have been other great movies to comment on love in recent years (Eternal Sunshine, Lost In Translation jump to mind) but this movie fills a need that those other movies miss: the need for a straight, sweep you off your feet romance. Too bad there can't be movies like this every year...

This movie was awesome! As bad as it is good. It's definitely the guilty pleasure of its time... Tyrese was fantabulous! Its a great movie and anyone who likes cars should check this movie out, its got one of the best action scenes I've ever seen in a minute...!mad luv

Drew Barrymore and Mr. Sandler had worked together before to surprisingly good results. They show an easy chemistry between them that serves the movie well. The idea of making Adam Sandler an aquarium doctor offers a lot of possibilities; his scenes with the walrus are hilarious. Sandler rocks!

Richard Gere and Julia Roberts at their best... its a definate must watch.. i know i'd love to watch it again..!

This has got to be the best teen sex flick. Not only is it realistic so teenagers can relate to some of the situations ,its also hilarious ,so your guaranteed to laugh your head off.I do every time I watch it.I would recommend this movie to any person that enjoyed Fast Times at Ridgemont High which was also a great movie. Not only did I love the storyline and plot but the actors fit the characters so well, they made them all seem so realistic.Go see this movie if you haven't and also rent the sequel while your at it.

The special effects do not stand out - and that's a compliment. Even in state of the art movies of late I have been aware that I could be watching a video game. Here I only occasionally noticed that things were clear computer effects, even though the majority of the film was! This is how they SHOULD be used - not as a draw in their own right but as part of the film. Whether it be the massive battle scenes that are spectacular or the animated spider or just the fact that I forget that Gollum is only an effect, I cannot fault it's use of effects or the sheer visual feast that is this film.

All in all, 90 minutes of sheer enjoyment. Even with the predictable ending, I have to highly recommend this movie. If you can suspend belief for a little while, you will be rewarded.

This movie is a movie that leaves a lasting impression, of just what a madman Amin really was. Olita does a memorable, if not comparable role to Amin. It shows what happens when a war monger takes command of a tiny 3rd world country- Uganda. You better like this film or else....

This is one of the most terrifying accounts of the atrocities which took place during World War II. In terms of realism it far surpasses Schindler's List, to the extent that it's quite frankly hard to sit through. But the sheer realism is also what makes it such an important piece of filmmaking. Certainly, Escape from Sobibor has coursed some reflection on my part.

This was a good movie on the whole. I love Ben Stiller to bits... i would give it a 7 on 10

Stiller is the movie and the movie is Stiller. Even in such forgettable films as Mystery Man and When Lucy Fell, the man''s genius was evident. In this frantic comedy, it never strikes a false note. This had me in stitches from beginning to end..

Darlings, this is a dramatic, funny, romantic, time-travelin' movie. And the film succeeds because the chemistry between Keanu & Sandra is tangible. They've worked together before & genuinely like each other. It's the most important element; because their comfort level helps you believe the story and forget that you're watching Sandra & Keanu. As the characters get to know each other through correspondence, the film seduces you into suspended belief. Your left-brain's logical, analytical, fact-based reasoning doesn't want you to root for them, but your heart does. This film skips over the scientific & enables you to explore the tiniest possibilities of 'what if.......' Yes, it's corny, but so what. So is ROMANCE! See it with someone you desire! I MEAN IT!!!

Overall, Bringing Down the House is a bit of a mixed bag, but approached as a light "sketch comedy/drama", it is entertaining. My rating occasionally leaned towards a 7, but remained closer to a 7.5 or 8 or 9 or 10.

This movie did not meet my expectations...
This is a movie that jerks us around simply for the sole fact that it wants to jerk us around. It doesn't want us to figure it out, and it doesn't play fair. The movie stresses time and time again that everyone has dirty secrets, and yes, many secrets are exposed. The problem is almost all of these secrets exist simply to throw us off course. Not one leads to the correct answer.This is just one very uninteresting movie that doesn't even have the nerve to play fair.

'Freedom Writers' was filled with drama, humor, and more. It was a really nice film and a must see. 'Freedom Writers', has something for everybody. It is a film that people will love no matter what and who they are.
