Lars von Trier's first and only addition to the Dogme 95 style of filmmaking could make a hilariously politically incorrect comedy. It does after all center on a group of people who pretend to be retarded. Instead it opts to take its subject matter seriously-- but maybe that's the joke.
Dogville

'Dogville', another completely effective cinematic experiment courtesy of Lars Von Trier. At 3 hours, the movie absorbed me into its bare soundstage setting, causing the odd atmosphere to be more authentic than most 'real' locations in other movies.
