Meryl and Stanley - Amazing. Their chemistry together on screen is simply awe inspiring to witness. They make acting look effortless.
The parallel story of the other couple was so boring and futile. Amy Adams was very irritating and I was hoping her husband or boyfriend would leave her sorry ass. It was ceertainly not like The Hours, where a successful attempt exists to parallel women characters from different era's and time periods. This didn't quite take you there. Luckily Meryl and Stanley held my interest. Without them, this movie would have been the last one I walked out of. Characters Nora. they make a story. i think she forgot that, because to watch Adams and casey Wilson, well, it was painful. |

Clever look into the current war we have going on today yet don't hear about since it is not in the current newshole which drives ratings. Great timing for our Government - Maybe with more movies like this the attention will focus back to our main driving problem - the war machine mentality financially draining our economy!
