OK, this looks way intense. I'm sure it's good, but watching it sounds like an exercise in masochism: "The images will singe your eyeballs." - Peter Travers, Rolling Stone.

I'll stash it away in case I ever have a moment of extreme self-loathing.

One word: plastics.

Fantastic. The best film I've seen in ages. The characters are complex, the storyline is honestly riveting, and it provides a dramatic but believable view of a fascinating bit of history. It's simultaneously heartwrenching and uplifting. Beautiful.
