Gender stereotypes are soooooo funny. Likewise tired, predictable plotlines. Grrr.

I saw this two days ago and still have "Let My Love Open the Door" running through my head.

I'm still laughing at the "Dyslexia For Cure Found" headline at the beginning.

This looks like the worst movie ever in the history of the universe.

Good stuff, although the scary penultimate scene caused me to cry hard enough to make my mom rethink the appropriateness of taking a 4-year-old to the theater.

Fantastic. The best film I've seen in ages. The characters are complex, the storyline is honestly riveting, and it provides a dramatic but believable view of a fascinating bit of history. It's simultaneously heartwrenching and uplifting. Beautiful.

Second only to The Lives of Others in the "Best Movie I've Ever Seen" category.

Excellent. Very emotionally engaging - I spent much of the film cringing and thinking "No. No - he isn't doing that. Nonono, seriously!?!" and trying to mentally will Jonathan Rhys-Meyers's character to not be a self-absorbed moron.

Classic. Any movie that makes me angry, sad, and giddy with excitement in the space of two hours is excellent in my book.
