I cant help myself im falling in tears. For all the frustration that makes us sad. For all the war that makes us bad... I cant help myself tears are still falling. For all the religion that creates hypocrisy. For all the ones that belive in heaven. For all people separated by color. For all people separated by countries... I cry with shame. For all possessions that blocks our eyes. For everyone living by the rules For all people that tried and failed. For all people that failed without trying... I fall in tears! Nelson Correia 27/06/2007 Depression i feel the worst, i feel i can´t do nothing... nobody loves me, i can´t love... what is love? somebody tell me, i feel ignorant, sadness is all i know, how can i know this is sadness? What is happyness? How can i know i´m ignorant? i sit in my corner, i think, think, think What do i think? I try to forgive my brain, what is my brain? Why do i think like this? I feel bad, what is good? The worst in others can´t make me smile, When i smile i remember when im sad Why do i smile? The Happening
by woAMr. Shyamalan, what happened? you did not disapointed me with Sixth Sense, The Village or Unbreakable. but you certainly did with this... piece of crap. bad choice on actors, Deschanel, though i find her way cute with her big blue eyes, has no profile for dramatics, definitly not. and Wahlberg? geez bad top acting... the movie seemed a bit nonsense, with lack of feelings, i mean, natural feelings that you should probably have after seeing a dead body.
and the wind was too ridiculous.
the idea was good though, maybe someday someone will pick up this story for a remake, wich will be better than this one for sure.not much of a Happening haha. (i cracked up with myself... i know i know, "get a life")

Love Me If You Dare (Jeux d'enfants)
by woAgreat romantic movie. i must say one of the best to watch with your half soul, much like Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie, where Samuell probably took some ideas from.
even though i'm not much of a romantic movies lover, i have to say i pretty adore to see this kind of flamboyant romantic style, sometimes trespassing comedy's borderline, like Amélie or this one.

by woAwonderful! not Fellini's best, but still a great story, like he got me used to. its his third movie only, so he had alotta time and free space to optimize his style, perfection achieved later in 8 1/2, or La Dolce Vita.

by woAvisionally brilliant! perfect soundtrack! stunning acting! what can i say more. this film surprised me for the positive, and i'm glad this masterpiece find me, i was nowhere in ages looking for, or had even heard about, it.

La Mariée était en Noir (The Bride Wore Black)
by woAquite good film. even though the ending, despite being the perfect ending for this story, i mean, nothing could really happen more after the last kill, it kinda seemed forced. and i shall say that Moreau, with her character, was quite sexy playing that resenthful, yet intelligent, woman (and oh my, Moreau was 40 at the time).
agreeing to what i've been reading out there, seems like Tarantino got some influences on this for Kill Bill. but i don't blame him for that... this movie can be quite a base.

by woAabsolute thrilling, from the beggining 'til the end! and Martinez character kept me cracking up the whole movie, easing the "violence theme" a bit, even though he was playing a violence movies freak. haha such an irony.

Days of Glory (Indigenes)
by woAnot all who fought in WWII against the nazis had the praise they deserved, while and after. this movie shows that quite well, in a very cold way, how "indigènes", men that came from France ex-colonies, were treaten while fighting and dying for a country that wasn't really theirs.

A fost sau n-a fost?, (12:08 East of Bucharest)
by woAwhat i liked the most, i must say, was the off-on lighting sequences. the story is a bit boring, funny sometimes, but since the camera is very still and very left apart from the scenes, we don't find a connection between us and the characters/story.
its a nice flick to watch anyway, in 90mins of spare time.not the romanian best, but still a nice film.

by woAwhy the hell do americans have always to do a remake of what is already untouchable? for what comes to horror movies that's what happens, they did it with Ju On, they did it with Ringu, they did it with [Rec], and even had to change the title to a now predictable movie. [Rec] was just fine. geez, no wonder they're so self centered. no offense.

Dancer in the Dark
by woAI needed to watch it a second time to fully enjoy what a great work it is. amazing camera work while the musical parts, and bjork's voice is divine!
so far, the best in von Trier's "golden heart trilogy". Breaking The Waves is the one i'm missing.
