There Will Be Blood
R
Everytime i tried to watch this movie i fell asleep,i have just managed to watch it all in one sitting and i found it really boring. Sure the acting was good but thats about it.
Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street
R
Visually stunning but i just wanted the music to stop!!!
May
R
I enjoyed this movie but i found it to be more of a comedy than a horror flick. May was interesting and seriously f*cked up but you can see why she ended up the way she did because her mother was a control freak. I felt very sorry for the young May having to wear the eye patch.
Anna Faris was hilarious whilst extremely sexy at the same time and Jeremy Sisto was easy on the eyes too.
Plane Dead (Flight of the Living Dead)
Unrated
I loved this movie!!!!!!!!! It is a good movie to watch if you want to watch something silly.
Bridge to Terabithia
PG
I loved this movie. It made me cry quite a bit though. It was nothing like what i expected it to be but if you have a good imagination you will love this movie as much as i did. The character MayBelle was adorable.

10 Things I Hate About You
PG-13
What a liked about this movie was it simplicity - there was no over the top storyline,no over the top characters just a charming film to watch.
2.
28 Days Later
R
This is one of the most amazing films i have ever seen. It was very atmospheric and i felt like i was in the movie going on the journey with the main characters. It was very spooky to see London looking so eerie. Music was used very well in this film. The highlight of the film for me was the scene after Cillian had gauged the mans eyes out and his face was covered in blood, that was one of the sexiest scenes i have ever seen in a film. I just wanted to lick the blood off him, lol.
3.
28 Weeks Later...
R
I loved this movie but it is not in the same league as 28 Days Later,it was a great movie in its own right though.
4.
A Cinderella Story
PG
I love the story of Cinderella and this is a great version. Jennifer Coolidge is great in it. Also liked the Campus DJ character.
5.
A Town Like Alice (Rape of Malaya)
Unrated
This movie is a tearjerker from start to finish. Right at the very start everytime i watch it i call out at the tv "Jean dont answer the phone, just leave" but obviously each time she doesnt and that is when she can not help to go and help her employers family and her journey begins.

Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves
by scotta enjoyable hollywood retelling of robin hood, the famous english outlaw, costner portrays him as a hollywood star only could, and even though his american acent stasnds out a mile, he just about gets away with it, thanks to the film being a enjoyable romp, in no small way is alan rickman as sheriff of nottingham out to capture the hood, in a brilliant over the top performance, with classic lines like, AND CALL OF CHRISTMAS. he is a pantomine villain of the highest callibre, some great support throughout also, christian slater, trying his best, and morgan freeman, doing his usuall wise man role, and the lovely mary elizebeth mastrantonio rounding things off as maid marian, oh and a great cameo right at the end. some exellent set pieces throughout, great locations shot in the u.k, showing off some great history. watch it and be entertained and dont grumble if your english, and hollywood has raped your history, this wasent the first and certainly wasent the last, hello braveheart.
costner does robin hood with a american acent, whats not to love,,,god bless him

Meet the Spartans
by BarryOMG.........You have to see this to beleive how daft it is.....I laughed out loud on a couple of occasions but its way too short of laughter throughout.
Hey, you should probably see this! Jesus H Christ can they get any sillier? I have always been a fan of daft spoof movies but they are really starting to scrape the barrel now. Dont get me wrong, there were moments when I was laughing out loud, but for the majority of the all too short film I sat there with a grimace spread across my features. The scenes with the son are hilarious, it just goes downhill from there.

Twilight
by LeannaNow I get what all the fuss is about and I can't wait to see the movie. I read Twilight in a day, and loved it. Edward Cullen is the sexiest vampire in town!
I hope the movie doesn't disappoint, but I think that Robert Pattison has been well cast in the role. I wasn't sure of him at first, but I think he's won me over. I'm not so sure about Nikki Reed as Rosalie, though.Hey, you should really see this!

The Wool Cap
by scottwilliam h macy will never top his roles in the likes of fargo boogie nights and magnolia but hes found a place in tv movies, door to door,,a slight case of murder,, panic,, and focus being notable aceptions, and heres another, in which he co wrote as a mute, who comes into contact with a homeless girl, and takes her in, trying his best to get a secure home, as always macy is a acting talent, no words but ful of emotion, a story that never rises above tv movie status, but a enjoyable piece
william h macy, leading role

Ferris Bueller's Day Off
by RebeccaI was so incredibly pleasantly surprised by this movie. I watched it only because of its popularity. I like to watch all the classics, even though more often than not, I dont care for them half as much as most ppl. But, I like to know what ppl are talking about. I thought Ferris Bueller would be just another 80s teen movie. Was I ever wrong! This movie is so much fun, and I am actually a little sad that I didnt watch it a long time ago. Ferris is an incredible character. You gotta love him.

Penelope
by LeannaThis was a sweet and funny movie. I enjoyed it, but at the same time I thought Christina looked quite cute with the piggy nose . No need to go changing! Its always nice to watch a modern fairytale from time to time, with good performances all round, and a positive message where self-acceptance is the key. I'm glad the emphasis was not on the fact that a perfect appearance leads to true happiness. It could have easily gone that way. Quite feelgood and all that.
I watched this movie cos of your review. Loved it too! xxx

by BarryGentle see it before family comedy but still well worth a watch. The parts are well worn but the still mesh well.....
Hey, you should really see this! Lovely family movie and well written. Great for all. I have a little problem though....why the hell do Disney have a problem with tattoos? They erase them from every film...sad really

by BarryWhat the hell was this one supposed to be about? So much promise....so little quality....give it a miss...I wish I did.
Hey, you should really really not see this! This is not an invitation, it is a warning...Give this the widest birth you can. Its like someone bought a Japanese/Korean story...couldnt read or understand it and just missed the bits out altogether....Absolute rubbish........

Donkey Punch
by scott3 english girls meet 4 english lads in spain and are taken for a great time on a yaught, but things turn for the worse when one of the girls is killed during a sex act, by one of the guys, a so called donkey punch, now with the girls stuck there with the guys what could go down is any bodys business, will sides be taken, a nice little thriller, putting abunch of people on a boat and watch the results when a little murder is thrown in the mix, sides are imediatly drawn, due to the friendships, and fear strikes in, as to what is the best thing to do, with the body and aftermath, things get very paranoid to say the least, a good set up here, all charactors are well covered, the girls showing range in sexuality and eventual distress, while the lads showing a edge but simpathy, all great performances as well, and considering the location, the story and circumstances come off well, some nice deaths also,

Out of the Blue (Aramoana)
by scotttrue life acount of a rampage by a gunman in a small new zealand town called aramoana, the incident caused around 13 deaths which included 3 children of very young ages, shot to death, the film grittinly tells the lead up and eventual rampage and police hunt amunst the dead of night, the film is straight and to the point, does not give a easy time for the real life charactor who went crazy, and, and the shootings them selves are given reality which is needed, no heros here and no cowardly vivtims for the sake of it, all seems genuin, a simple but inportant aproach to a real and devastating story
a true life tale of a gun rampage in new zealend

Fido
by scottremember shawn of the dead and the news story at end, where zombies end up doing ordinary dull jobs, well here we see a example of this, set in 50s america, theres been a zombie war, and america won,and lost and in the aftermath, new towns maintained, by zomcom a security compan, dealing in control and destruction of zombies, who are now slaves to the general public, with this 50s set life theres a new everday zombie dealings to deal with, zombies are a everyday normal ocurence, kids learn weapon skills, and from 12 can carry a gun, a great look at how crazy life can be, we follow one family as they get a new zombie, and learn to love it, as he also loves back, and when things go bad, great comedic set pieces involving out of control zombies eating people and general mayhem, all done within a inocent or communist 50s setting depending hgow you loook at it, some exellent horror moments although not outright disgusting, very familier to shaun of the dead fans, and im sure george romero of the dead series will chuckle at this, and any fans, of the romero films. a great concept handled well, had me chuckling out loud quite a few times
if you liked shaun of the dead, give this a go
