Everyone has an action film that blew their minds when they were a kid and consequently became an action movie junkie he/she is today. T2 is that movie for me. Saw it for the first time when I was 4. Let's just say that at that time, a movie about two indestructible robots figthing for the future was considered the greatest movie of all time lol. I saw the movie again recently on TV and it is still a great action movie. It may not be as technologically advanced as recent movies but I guess the lack of highly excessive CGI is a good thing. Let's take the helicopter highway chase scene in the movie as an example. I bet if it was done today, the helicopter would be CGI.
