So I'm reliving my reviews from a while back and I remembered Babel. Why did I write this? I know I didn't like the movie, anyone willing to explain it to me I'll listen to, but anyways why did I write this?

watched this film in a state of absoute incredulity - I know it's leftfield and I know it's purposefully arbitrary but it still evoked a sense of emotion in this viewer. Sorta where cinema should be - braave enough to make a visual statement and make the after-film coffee with friends worthwhile.
