One of the best looking animated films so far? probably. The plot is a typical childrens weepy tale much like 'An American Tale' and its very sickly haha but there are some really nice humerous moments for both adults and kids which make this very watchable. The voice casting is excellent and everybody seems to blend well with their character, lots of nice ideas and originality on view and as said it looks stunning.
To be honest this is more of a work of art its so crisp looking, still cant top Toy Story for sheer enjoyment and plot coolness but it comes damn close, plus it will get you interested in tropical fish too haha

Well I gotta say from the start this did not come across too well, its almost too forced and way too much of a spoof over actual clever comedy, a step towards 'The Naked Gun' type of thing to be honest. But it got better, not fantastic better but better :)
It looks lovely with what looks like the use of rotorscoping over certain scenes which always looks nice, all characters are well used but there are some silly moments that just don't work eg. Cookie Monster as the Wampa creature on Hoth.

Lets not beat around the bush here its Stewie and his gay antics that stand out here lol some of the dialog here is really really good, only in spots mind you but it saves the day, there's also a reference to an old Juicy Fruit advert that really brought back memories haha

The rescue and pick up of Han n Luke from the wastes of Hoth:
Snowspeeder pilot:Capt Solo do you copy? this is overweight pilot no. 1
Peter/Han: Who you lookin for?
Snowspeeder pilot: Capt Solo there you are!
Peter/Han: I'm sorry I didn't copy that, who you lookin for?
Snowspeeder pilot: *sighs* Carlos spicy wiener do you copy?
Peter/Han: Carlos spicy wiener here go ahead


Han and Leia argue in the medical room in Echo Base where Luke is recovering from the Wampa attack:
Peter/Han: I just think you can't stand to let a fat guy like me outta your sight


Luke says goodbye to Han n Chewie before going off to fight the AT AT walkers on Hoth in his snowspeeder:
Chris/Luke: Hey take care of yourself Chewie
Brian/Chewie: whoa whoa whoa whats this hand shake business? huh come here, come on, bring it in..
Chris/Luke: errr I'm not really a hug person..
Brian/Chewie: knock it off come here come on, bring it..
Chris/Luke: *sighs*
Brian/Chewie: Ah yeah hug it out bitch..
Chris/Luke: err err *stutters*
Brian/Chewie: ah yeah, spray that hug all over me
Chris/Luke: whats wrong with you!!?
Brian/Chewie: what? I just wanna share my throbbing emotions n shoot hot hug all over you, I don't get why that's a problem..

On Hoth, debriefing before evac of Echo Base:
Lois/Leia: May I have everyones attention please, we're evacuating into outer space with literately infinite directions with which to flee, however, we have decided that our transports will travel directly towards the fleet of Star Destroyers, any questions?
Rebel pilot: yeah err is there anyone from the military we can talk to? a man perhaps?


Imperial Snow Troopers enter Echo Base during the attack on Hoth:
Stewie/Vader: Geez Gordon maybe today wasn't the day to wear your mesh stormtrooper shirt

Reviewing bounty hunter Bossk:
Stewie/Vader: Lizard guy...who I think I saw getting in a fight with Capt Kirk...


Loading Solo onto Slave 1 in Bespin:
Giant Chicken/Boba Fett: put Capt Solo in the cargo hold
Bespin guard: tsk...duh!

There are some really good other scenes too eg. inside the giant asteroid slugs belly and Peter working out where they are, the bounty hunter lineup, hitting a spacebum with the Falcon...but like 'Spaceballs' most of the best scenes involve the main baddie Stewie or Dark helmet as it were.

The predator is the greatest alien created, Stan Winston is a genius. The best 80's, adrenaline, testosterone, muscle filled action man flick ever, offical. THE BEST :)

Another Stan Winston creation with Cameron direction, genius. State of the badass art, this film rocks on every level, the only downer for me is the fact that you never really saw hords of aliens, some would say its more powerful that way but I think it would have been more tense and savage. Its still the perfect film with the perfect cast, I dont even really need to go on about it, awesome sequel.
