ahhhh heath ledger but seriously this handles an amazing story with equally brilliant visual images, acting and soundtrack. It some how manages to pull off and draw together elements that in other circumstances would be horribly at odds with each other, in a way you can't fail to love. Paul Bettany as chaucer really makes this film for me... and Shannyn Sossamon makes for the most convincingly really and pretty love interest i have seen in any film for ages.

This is one of my favourite films even though every time i see it i want to cry ... pathetic i know lol
