This film was very original in many ways. Strong story. Well Acted. Good Transitions and cinemetography on a small budget. I'm a Clooney fan, so that makes it even more fun for me. The Commentary was also very good.

On a first watch, this film was a bit of a let down. Thinking back, it was not such a bad film. As Rob Zombie's directorial debut, he takes some chances and has some fun with it. The result is less than perfect, but worth watching.

This film was a bit of a let down. Chaney was kind of annoying. His acting makes this film seem dated. Claude Rains was excellent though. This is the first time I've seen him in a film other than in "The Invisible Man". He adds points to this films rating. Great story though.

|
Quite possibly my favorite film of all time, next to the original King Kong. Clocking in at just over an hour, this film is a must see for all. Clive and Karloff's performances are just spectacular. MUST SEE!!
