this HAS to be one of the most sinister concepts i have ever seen. impossible to be bored watching this--there's about 20 minutes of action/chase/explosions/gunfire/falling 70 stories in each scene. and i LOVE watching a scottish ewan mcgregor fight an american ewan mcgregor clone. weird.

okay, this film was downright WEIRD..."just like dead poets society" my butt! other than the homosexual jew randomly breaking out in song and dance, that one guy with the hair-gel coming onto his teacher, and that guy that plays harry potter's uncle sticking his hand down naughty places in public...yeah, just LIKE dead poets society (hint of sarcasm).

oh, wickedly funny. and every time the scene changed, some new and fascinating character. good points, too. i'm against smoking, and i enjoyed this film!
Becoming Jane

not too bad. never would have thought of anne hathaway doing a jane austen, much less playing jane austen herself, but she did a good job. don't think the gentleman friend should've gotten ALL the praise for her inspiration, however.

Beautiful--I just finished the book and saw this, and this is one of those rare occasions where I'll recommend the flick first. Tobey Maguire flawlessly carries the role of Homer Wells, orphan who never got adopted.

Brilliant, beautiful, astounding, one of the best stories ever written. Creative and unpredictable, with an amazing, all-star cast, I highly recommend this film!

LOVE it!!! it's like a modern-day pride and prejudice. i love how the mother from sense and sensibility and zidler from moulin rouge play bridget's parents! colin firth=my heart.
